This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Quantex Corp ("Company"), a provider of cutting-edge technology and services, and Partner ("Partner"), collectively referred to as the "Parties." This Agreement governs the terms under which Partner will access and utilize Quantex products and services, including the QuantAnvil product, RoAuth Authentication Provider, and other associated benefits.

What Quantex Requests

1. Partner Manager Role: Partner agrees to designate a Partner Manager who will assume the role of Head of Development for the duration of this Agreement. The Partner Manager is responsible for overseeing the development of all integration tasks, ensuring that the collaboration between Quantex and Partner runs smoothly. The Partner Manager will also be the primary point of contact for Quantex and will communicate with the Company regarding any requests, issues, or updates. If desired, the Partner may assign a higher role than Head of Development, subject to mutual agreement between both Parties.
2. Server Analytics and Issue Resolution: Partner agrees to allow Quantex to use their server for analytics purposes. This includes collecting data and analyzing issues to improve the quality of the RoAuth bot and other products. All data collected will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of improving product performance and user experience.
3. Administrator Permissions for Bot Management: To facilitate the smooth operation of RoAuth and other Quantex services, Partner agrees to provide Quantex with administrator permissions for the bot used in the Discord server. These permissions are necessary for bot management, including updates, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
4. High Hierarchical Placement of RoAuth Bot: Partner agrees to place the RoAuth bot in a high priority position within the server’s hierarchy for ranking purposes, ensuring it has the necessary permissions and prominence to operate effectively.

What You Get

1. QuantAnvil Product Requests: Partner is granted the ability to submit QuantAnvil product requests for consideration and integration. These requests will be evaluated by the Quantex development team, and Partner will receive timely feedback on their status.
2. RoAuth Authentication Provider for Discord: Quantex shall provide the RoAuth Authentication Provider for Discord, enabling secure and seamless authentication between Discord and Roblox. Partner may integrate this service into their Discord server or other services.
3. RoAuth Premium Access: Partner will receive RoAuth Premium features at no cost, including all premium capabilities of RoAuth, ensuring enhanced functionality for Discord authentication.
4. Full Support: Partner will be granted full support from Quantex, covering product usage, troubleshooting, and other assistance related to the products and services provided under this Agreement. Support will be available via email, direct messaging, and other communication channels as agreed upon by both Parties.
5. Building Support (Low Price): Partner may access building support services at a low price in either Robux or cash, which includes product development, debugging, and other tasks. Pricing for such services will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
